2219 T87 Aluminum Sheet
Chalco Aluminum 2219 T87 aluminum alloy is a high-strength alloy with both good machinability and good mechanical properties. 2219 is suitable for temperatures ranging from -452°F to 600°F, is easy to weld, and has good fracture toughness. In T8 condition, it resists stress corrosion cracking.
2219 T87 T851 aluminum plate is commonly used in a range of aerospace applications such as high temperature structural applications including space boosters and fuel tanks.
